Looking for a group session with a friend, business or feel you can achieve better results when training with other people? We do this too & believe we can put together & plan for any type of group to achieve results.
This is a High Intensity Interval Training Circuit which is comprised of both boxing & TRX movements. Each round is 3 minutes long, 30 seconds of a boxing combo followed by 30 seconds of a TRX movement. Super-efficient HIIT is the ideal workout for a busy schedule at only 30 minutes. Every Thursday evening.
-Group Cross Training
This consists of an intense hour long circuit on Saturday morning at the gym with weights, free exercises & some serious sweat. All levels of fitness are accommodated as each person exercises at their own capability. This is a great session & start to the weekend!
