Tibuc Cabins are located about 16 kilometres west of Coonabarabran along the road leading to the Warrumbungle National Park. Two of the self-contained cabins are made of mud brick and one is a renovated shearer's cottage. All cabins are surrounded by natural bushland. There is no television or telephone in the cabins. This is a non-smoking property.
I STAYED HERE MANY YEARS AGO. IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED. WE SPENT 3 DAYs HERE, one night in each cabin just to try it all.
My favourite was the cabin with none of the modern cons. Wood burning Stove, shower in the trees the most beautiful tile work inside. The owners were absolutely lovely.. I've never stopped talking about mybstay here and constantly reccomend it to friends and visitors looking to get out of the city and take a break from the rat race. The property backs on to a national park which you can go for Bush walks/hikes in. And in Coonabarrabran it self there is an Observatory with a powerful telescope to view the planets. In particular URANUS. I highly recommend staying here and can not wait til I can go back.
