BILL SHOCK! they sneakily add things you don't need without your knowledge then get you to sign. Booked $159 service got a $310 service.

Scheduled in a one hour recall appointment around my business, to be told on arrival that it won’t be done until 4 hours after the appointment as they were busy.
Had to cancel will use another dealer. Not happy.

I just bought and took delivery of my Mustang today and I was really impressed with the professional, efficient and friendly service I recieved from the Titan Ford Team. In particular I want to acknowledge Kevin who made the entire process of test driving, negotiating on the deal and taking delivery of my car a rewarding expereince. Thanks Titan Team!!!

Overcharged on the servicing and over nearly twice the estimate on pickup of the serviced vehicle. Additional charges were never advised before the car was ready and I had told them I was on a budget. Some labour was taken off but I had to pay the balance to be able to take my car away. Or an option of refitting the defective parts was another option provided by another team member…. Ridiculous.
When Consumer Protection investigated the staff advised them that I was infact advised of additional costs. Simply didn’t happen and as I said I was on a budget and would not have allowed the work to go ahead.
Extremely dissapointing.

I was the same today went to pick up my car and was told $310. I said mate it was ment to be $159. HE said remember we talked about the add ons i said i do but I never aggreed to do them my car isn't that old. I didn't need them. I just want the $159 service. So was bill shocked and annoyed as i am not made of money unlike titan ford and there sneaky sales tactics.

Where to Start… I bought a brand new Ford Ranger and Let me tell you that I have received the worst experience ever.. this not my first time buying a brand new car so I can definitely say that Titan Ford has proven to be the worst when it comes to pre-delivery service, no-one bother to get in touch with me, I tried so many times to get in contact with them with no luck, so they could provide important information like finance options, insurance info, etc…) When I went to pick up the car, they fail to mention that i needed to bring a deposit Cheque which was never mentioned!! Do yourself a favour and get your new vehicle in a different Ford Dealer.
