Absolute joke of a courier company. If you are a business, just stick to reliable Australia Post. I purchased some goods online, and of course was not home when the courier came to my apartment block at midday during the work week. As there are no secure spots to leave my package, I was left a delivery slip. My options are to get the package delivered again to the same address, which is a waste of time because I will be at work again and will miss the delivery again. Or I can get the package delivered to a different address, however this will take two business days to organise, and as someone who travels from site to site for work, useless for me as I won't know where I am from one day to the next. The only other option available is for me to pick it up myself from Toll depot, which is at the airport. This is ridiculously inconvenient. Stick to Australia Post.
Three times they failed to deliver my parcel, twice two my home which has never happened before with any other company, and the third time to work. All three times I have been at the given location at the time and no one could be seen and no one called the doorbell etc. according to the lady in customer service (who is the only reason this company deserves a star at all) they found my address the first time but failed to deliver because there was nowhere to leave it (not true) and the second time the reason was "incorrect address" even though they found it the first time. I live in a large apartment building in South Yarra, it's not that hard to find... ended up collecting it at port Melbourne which is a hassle since I don't own a car and paid to have my parcel delivered to the door with express service (lol I waited longer than I would've with normal shipping)
Toll has to be the worst ransport company in Melbourne. The telephone communication is terrible. I didn't know a parcel was arriving. So the driver left the note. Contacted this lousy company, Someone located probably on Mars. Promised delivery the next day after 12PM. I waited in. Rang at 3PM , told it hadn't been loaded. Promised to contact me before 5PM to tell me detr=ails of the next day delivery. Got home nothing on the phone, no messages. What a pathetic outfit
My passport was sent from USA embassy to me via Toll service. It's been 2 weeks that it's sitting in their premises with the address that they stuffed up. Marked as undeliverable. After 3 phone calls to customer service I was told that they are not going to update my address and deliver the item. Just lost my time for stupid conversations with John, Morine and the rest of useless people. Even though it's not my fault, I have to suffer trying to get my document... No point of using such service.
I booked a document pick up this morning at 8:32 this morning. The operators English was pitiful. She advised my home address was no such address. I assured her it is! I repeated & spelt address 4 times. She gave me pickup option 1-3 / 3-5, I chose the latter. I took the afternoon off - not confident with her times! Called at 5pm - phone answered 5:36 & was told my pick-up had been cancelled. They advised NO SUCH ADDRESS! I asked why they didn't call one of the contact numbers - I was transferred to Maria - who advised me there was a new consignment number & my account was a mess - transferred again & put on hold while asking supervisors advise. I was then told they could pick up for a fee - my document was only free till 5. I asked to speak to a manager & was put on hold for another 9mins (total of 57mins) then hung up on.
