I do not usually leave negative reviews as everyone makes mistakes however!!! I have had an item that needed to be redirected. Five phone calls to Toll customer service (very loose description) over 7 days and still no resolution. First the driver could not find the address and then the item was sent to the incorrect address and now is being sent back to sender. I keep getting told exactly the same thing each phone call and that I will be contacted either by sms or email with an update and resolution. Still waiting.
Apparently you can't ring the Bendigo office as it appears to be constantly engaged.
When I shop online in future I will make sure that the item is not going to be shipped by Toll. The hassle is not worth it.
