This business needs to be shut down. I have waited for one whole week from 8-5 now with no delivery. Their call centre has now told me that they have lost my packages but there is now an ‘investigation ‘ into it now. I am so disappointed with there service and this is completely unacceptable service. I’m sick and tired of talking to someone in the Philippines. And cannot find any number for them in Australia. You immediately get forwarded to their pathetic people in another country. Toll Priorty you suck!!
This company needs to be shut down. My delivery was expected on Tuesday - didn’t happen. The driver put in 3 reasons why
1. Left card- undeliverable
2. Undeliverable- weather
3. Left card- undeliverable
No card left. I was home waiting. As for the weather? 23c and sunny. Not sure what that excuse was for.
Then the parcel was on board for delivery on Wednesday and that’s where any updates or communication ended.read more
This would have to be the worst courier company I have ever experienced.
I had a package that we paid for overnight delivery from WA. I got an email saying that my parcel was being dispatched. I called to see if I could get a time of delivery Friday. They said my parcel would come to Sydney on Thursday evening and arrive at Bankstown depot Fri morning and would DEFINITELY be delivered to our given business address in Castle Hill by 5pm. They would not give me a time. Even though our contact mobile number was required, they refused to ask someone to call and tell us what time the delivery was due on the day, not even an AM or PM estimate. My husband was on site inspections and I needed to know a time – as he was the signatory. If I could, I would give them no stars. So disappointed with the overall experience. I waited for the delivery, no one even tried to access the apartment, no card was left, tried to rearrange so i can pick up the parcel from the nearest newagency the next day, only to find that t he item was unable to be delivered as it had arrived too late. Customer service have been pretty poorly as well. I now have to travel an hour out of my way so I can retrieve the item. Ridiculous.
Same thing happened to me. I was at home waiting and did not hear any door bell at all and then received message that no one was available to take delivery. I called the customer service and I was told that they are not able to deliver parcel to apartments (which I could receive parcel from AusPost)??? I then have to collect the parcel myself. Really bad service.
