i bought my car from tony leaheys and findout air condition not working properly,my service was due and i told them it doesnt cool properly when they asked me" do you have any problem with car"?so when i go to pickup my car they told me it has no problem, we have checked everything but if you have this problem again come back wont charge you extra and this time they charge me $250,after coupl of days i findout ac still not working , i booked again and they told me they checked properly and find out that ac gas was very low and gave me new bill $65, my concern is if you checked this time properly and what was last time u told me u have checked everything and nothing wrong with that,when they tell you wont charge you its actually opposite and my vehicle was under extended warranty and still i have to pay for their bad service, they just want you to come back so they can make money dont care for customer satsfaction,never going back
Landrover sent in under Landrover Allianz extended warranty - ended up with an $1100 bill. Have numerous emails, phone calls and original letter sent with the car in the tow truck to advice don't perform any works if it's not covered under the warranty. Would give lower than 1/2 a star if it was an option. Over 3 weeks later my car is coming back today. Going through fair trading. Fair trading told us to pay the bill and then pay $48 to apply to fair trading to get the money back. I would take my car 4 hours drive away to Sydney to get my car fixed rather than sending it to Orange. Stay Away from this business. They couldn't get their high prices out of Allianz insurance so they thought they'd rip us off. $1100 to plug a computer in to do a diagnosis by the way. Got to be kidding. Also if you didn't buy your vehicle for example Landrover from them and need a loan car, good luck. I was told I would of got one if I purchased my Landrover through them, but because I didn't Iread more
Would like to say what excellent service we received from Matt Halloway at Tony Leahey couldnt have done enough for us excellent service and excellent vehicle, could not be happier and would highly recommend them for buying your car from.

I am very disappointed with Tony Leahey motor group in Orange. My son bought the first car from them, the vehicle did not feel quite right, so the next day the car got delivered we got it inspected by the NRMA and found a list of major issues with the suspension, steering, etc.. that made the car unsafe to be on the road, contacted the dealer, as the car is supposed to be roadworthy and under statutory warranty to get things rectified and nothing heard from the dealer service centre so far. My son had to spend thousands of dollars getting the car repaired to be safe on the road after owing the car for just under a week and after paying top dollar for what was supposed to be a fairly new vehicle in good condition! Tony Leahey assumed no responsibility to rectify the problems. They did not even had the decency to contact us to bring the car in to get it looked at or fixed after several correspondence and phone calls.
We just bought our first Brand New Territory from the team at Tony Leahey Ford and we found everyone to friendly, welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we got exactly what we were after. I can not fault any of the team from Tony Leahey Ford and would recommend everyone contact them when purchasing their vehicle.
