They are really horrible!! Even my bank home loan specialist said it’s really hard communicate with them and they don’t work properly. Also they made hips of mistakes and asked me to get JP and post it to them just before the settlement date. They are abusoltly worst service I have had ever in my life. They are quite cheeper price however you will loose your money much more then that and get stressed!!!
I had used Top Gun Conveyancing previously for a purchase and were very happy so returned to use them again for a sale and purchase. This time we had a few minor hiccups with the selling vendor of which Rob handled brilliantly and every thing went through on time and smoothly.
I have just completed both a sale and purchase through Top Gun Conveyancing and had a great experience with both settlements. Jessica Booker was more than helpful with everything, sorted out any minor issues quickly and made sure all settled on time......even with my short timeframes and a few hurdles along the way!!!
Pricing was excellent by comparosin to many other quotes and all communications were both professional and prompt. I thoroughly recommend this firm if you're doing the buy and / or sell.

NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! The conveyancers were unprofessional, had no communication skills, and never answer calls or reply to queries. The real estate agent even told me that it was extremely difficult to work with them, and he had never heard any good feedback about them. So it really makes me wonder if those 5star reviews were made by the conveyancers, and that's why they didn't have time to answer queries from their clients. This is a budget firm which provides budget services, compare the dramas and stress they will cause you and the money you save it really not worth!!
