Kevin & the guys from Tormey's Fire & Ice not only very professionally serviced my business premises air conditioner, but after 20 odd years when the old thing finally could go no more, they were unbelievably helpful in getting a replacement sorted out and installed. It was a difficult job that took some time, but it was done with impressive professional style & with minimal disruption to the business. Kevin recently installed a new air conditioner in our home replacing the original unit which had been bought 19 years ago.
Tormeys have been servicing the old air conditioner for a number of years. I truly believe that without their yearly maintenance service of our air conditioner it would have needed replacing many years ago.
I cannot fault the service, attention and assistance that Kevin and his staff have provided to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Sorry to hear you were not happy with our warranty. It is a standard one year warranty and as your job occurred nearly two years after the initial work, it was well out of date. Wish you had called us personally so we could have resolved your complaint. We do our best to help our customers and would be happy to talk to you about your concerns.
