I bought my vehicle here and have had it serviced 4 times here. The first 2 times were ok, but they were minor no issues. The last couple of time have been terrible. I did complain but got no response. The service staff were rude. The spare parts and service poeple dont seem to like each so dont talk and I get caught in middle of their war. My vehicle takes much longer than promised to service. I book into their website twice and told cant have the spot, un apologetic. Noticed small scratches on car which they have "no idea" about. Grease left on dash and doors and steering wheel. Had to get a remote replaced at $500 ! Call centre told me they didnt even do it, service said we need car for a whole day and spare parts said its can be done in 10 mins and service need to get their act togther. This will be my last service with them as too expensive, rude, disorganised and not sure of quality of work and sick of scratches on my near new car.

Terrible experience - recommend going elsewhere. We should have checked feedback on this site, and others, as all feedback seems consistent and negative.

Our 2016 Toyota 4wd was in for the 50,000kms service.

Talk about over booking and under delivering. Booked for a warranty recall job at 8:15 am got there at 8 told to pick up my car at 10 guess what it was not ready in time and of course there is a tail light busted. Spoke to a few people that had this told to them lol. Everyone seems so busy just not helping you. I suggest using Ultra Tune for any service needs they are cusrtious and helpful. Offer a free one year road side assistance.

7am booking for safety recall. Ignored for 20 minutes. Left, called their other branch to book there. Told that although the part for the safety recall is ordered on VIN, and they should have had it for today's booking, they did not have it and NL should have called me to cancel. This is the second time they've booked without having the part, and failed to notify. Unfortunately, on a safety recall you've got no choice but to deal with Toyota. This has been going on now for 8 months. My earlier experience with them involved charging excessively for servicing (at least 30% more than Bridgestone), and refusing to complete the logbook when doing a general service, after recommending a general because km were so low (less than 5000K between some services). Oh yeah, and inflating my tyres to 45...when they're meant to be at 33. (Whole car rattled when they did that.)
