At Total Body Fitness Management we have fully trained male and female Personal Trainers (through Australian Institute of Personal Trainers) and all trainers have a current Senior First Aid Certificate, including CPR and Defibrilation.
At TBFM we understand the principles of Fitness Training, whether it be strength, cardio, cross fit or total body conditioning; we design SMART training to suit the individuals needs and exercise planning - which focus on both short and long term exercise training programs for weight loss, fitness and overall health and well being.
We offer a full range of fitness training options, open to all ages and we offer clients the flexibility to train in different environments (indoor and outdoor). We specialise in one on one Personal Training, Group Fitness Sessions, including advice on healthy eating (nutrition plans), comprehensive and individual fitness program's and also Fitness and Agility Tests to help prepare for the South Australian Police Force.

I've been with Paul for about 2 years and have learnt more about fitness and health than I ever could have imagined. I originally started going to help with my recovery from my knee surgery and with Paul's help and guidance, my knee is stronger than ever! I would highly recommend Paul to anyone no matter what your goals are. He's very understanding and encouraging with whatever situation you are in.
I have only been with Paul for a short period of time, almost 8 weeks now, and in that short amount of time I have seen more results then I ever have before. He came highly recommended and has not disappointed! Paul has not only started me on a weight loss and fitness improvement journey but he has also changed my way of thinking about fitness and health. I used to dread the thought of even having to walk anywhere that was more then 15 minutes away. Now I look forward to our sessions and do extra work outs in between. He is motivational, sets achievable goals, is supportive, encouraging and truely cares about his clients. Paul's knowledge is outstanding as well, and I know I am in safe hands. I'm definitely not the most athletic person, but Paul has never given up on me - no matter how bad my push-ups are! I feel so much fitter and I have a lot more energy than I did when I first started. He is really motivating and helps with planning achievable goals and helping you to reach them.
He's very professional, friendly, encouraging and completely non-judgmental! To be honest, I was pretty embarrassed and anxious when I made my first appointment as I had no idea what to expect. However, Paul has definitely surpassed all of my expectations and I can't imagine not going to training now!
