Total Brow

I have had the pleasure of being a client of Total Brow from the day they opened. I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with them. The attention to detail and service has always been impeccible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for 'not your average brow bar'. They're amazing!

I always get greeted with a smile by a gorgeous Total Brow worker and walk out with the best eyebrows.

In a time when the economy is not at its strongest and people are cutting back on 'extra' spending. You would think a small business (who overcharges) and relies heavily on its reputation & repeat clients, would value & look after its long time customers. But no, today I was treated with such rudeness and disrespect by the receptionist (the face of the business) I'm still in shock.

I had an appointment today for 2.15pm. The reminder sent to me said please confirm your appointment at 2.15. Y or n. I text yes. So, I left my office in osborne park (I run my own business so know how things can go and how important clients are!) I got caught out going the wrong way and was running 5 minutes late. They rang me at 2.17pm!! I was 1 minute away and said sorry you are late, we are cancelling your whole appointment. No offering of we can just do a quick wax, no apology for cancelling, just an extreme air of arrogance. I said I was 2 minutes away! I'm only going to be 4 minutes late!!! They still cancelled my appointment. My time is precious and for the sake of 4 minutes they trashed it! Seriously!! And without any empathy or any expression of sympathy. As a beauty therapist myself , I am always searching for the right place . I have gone to Total Brow on and off for years and have to say that I am now a regular once a month client. They really are the best at styling eyebrows. I find them always very polite and professional . Personally I see Megan but over the years have had most of the girls. Thanks Total Brow !
