Where to start. Firstly freight didn’t arrive on time, still hasn’t arrived. We followed up everyday with the booking agent Northline and checked every time the delivery time was for after 4 as instructed on the consignment note.
Delivery driver finally arrives at 3am and calls the customer, she wasn’t home being 3am. He then rudely tells her “well it’s not getting delivered then, I’ll come back Monday”
We are flying down three staff for a job and have flights, hotels and car hire booked and payed for. We now have to cancel these and lose out thousands of dollars because of their conduct. After being on the phone to northline all afternoon no results or delivery info. Dodgy thing is towers called the customer back and again spoke rudely to her and told her she had to pay $300 if she wanted it delivered after 4pm which was the time booked and already paid for. Really sketchy. We now look unprofessional, lose thousands and worst of all credibility.
Very poor service. We opted for pick up but were given the wrong address for pick up. Were given the wrong parcel on arrival ( maybe we should have checked before we left the premises) Had to return to depot from home causing inconvenience and extra costs. All together not happy
Terrible service. Was advised that my order would be delivered today. Stayed home the whole day and after 4 phone calls to the company that uses Towers, they finally told me that as I 'wasn't home today' the package could not be delivered! Am so mad right now.
Unbelievable! Definitely not worth the $35 delivery fee.
Very poor customer service and delivery systems, un-skilled staff. Delay delivery of items to residential customers so the items have to be picked up. You get what you pay for, and at towers you don't get much. I've used the company on 3 seperate occasions (outboard motor, inflatable boat and dvd player) and constantly had the same problems and the same excuses, i will never use the company again!
