My partner and I had dinner here. Not many people in the restaurant when we arrived at 7pm.
My partner ordered the ribeyeb steak medium well. It came out rare. He didn't eat 80% of his meal. The staff didn't talk to us other than asking for our order and when they were clearing the table. Yet they were conversing with other customers. When my partner told the waitress about the steak she just said "okay." Didn't offer to compensate for the wrong order. She basically threw the bill out our table and walked away.
The service is terrible. We will not be eating there again.
Trattoria La Vignia at Camden has to be one of the worst experiences of my life. The service and food were disgusting! We arrived at 7...ordered by 7.30...We waited over an hour just for entrees..the kids and my pregnant sister in law were starving...3 of the 9 entrees arrived after 9pm...when we asked what to the go was...the waitress assured us they were plating up ...we waited another 30mins...when we asked her again she said the chef didn't have a docket... if he didn't have our docket then how did we get our entrees! Finally our main arrived at 10.30pm! ...Throughout the entire night they did not check on our table once, they did not once ask if we were OK for drinks, they did not clear the table once, we asked about the specials and the guy brought this massive chalkboard over and walked away didn't even ask if we wanted anything explained. Dined there on 5/5/12. Food was very poor, service was even worse. We were there for a family celebration and will never make that mistake again@!!! It was the first and last time we will go there, no upselling, no offer of additional food...including dessert, these people need to get back to basics!!
