I was here a few days ago catching up with a number of friends with small toddlers. Wow, was the place busy for a Thursday and it wasn’t even school holidays as yet. My little one didn’t even give me a chance to walk her into the play centre, although she had been here before celebrating her birthday here last. Lots of little people running around everywhere. Most of the tables in fact were filled up. The only slight area I would like to see is a toddler toilet similar to other play centre. There is one parent room with a change table, however the toilet is not made for toddlers, which I believe would make a huge difference.
I took my son here for 2 birthdays and i must say that i really prefer the layout of Tumbles compared to other play centre. The service is pretty standard and entry price is some what similar. Both birthdays my son had a great time and enjoyed the food and ice cream cake. He mainly liked the big slide and the jumping castle. Both times after the party was over my son fell straight asleep in the car because he had so much fun. Compared to others i find Tumbles has a lot of natural light and feels open and visible for parents to overlook their child easily. The only downfall, the change room wasn't in good condition and smelt really bad so we ended up changing my sons nappy in the car.
Ive recently place a booking for my daughters upcoming birthday, I have yet to take her to the centre and only went by a personal experience from a friend who had booked her childs birthday there and spoke highly of the location, the activities available, the setup arrangements for children. So far the booking experience has been great, they recently sent out the invites, the list of food option and map. Im excited to see how things will pan out on the day. A few of the children from the local childcare centre often attend this play Centre and the parents speak highly of it also. Fingers cross everything work out well, at this stage I am happy to review them quite high as the booking and enquiring experience has been great so far.
Rude staff!. They insist on this ludicrous 'minimum $10 eftpos fee' which is a total rip off that only dodgy businesses try to impose. The crabby lady working there was happy to turn me and my daughter away unless we 'bought a coffee' to bring the bill up to $10 - the big upwell . Never again. See Google reviews on this place before considering.
