Incredibly pushy, do not hold their end of the contract with discounts, no dignity when trying on dresses, absolutely do not recommend them. I was left full of regret, shame and full of embarrassment. would give 0 stars if possible

I had the absolute pleasure of having the beautiful Gwenda and Zac assist me in finding “the perfect dress”!! They were both so amazingly kind, friendly and professional in all aspects and never once made me feel pressured. The selection of dresses at Tuscany was amazing! I feel very privileged to be wearing on of their dresses! Thanks to Gwenda, Zac and Tuscany bridal for making my “non wanting to go dress shopping” experience amazing and fun and memorable xx

Fell in love with the first dress I tried on and Lisa was so accommodating and lovely. The store is beautiful with a huge range of dresses to choose from. Amazing!

I had a wonderful experience at Tuscany Bridal. I was looked after by Rosie, she was knowledgeable and really friendly. She helped me to work within my budget and helped me to make the decision on choosing a dress a lot easier.

Initially, I enjoyed the 'tuscany' experience. In hindsight, I am a little disappointed. I pre booked a specific dress to try on, and they made me try on a few more expensive dresses first which I didn't like. Finally, they allowed me to try on the dress which I wanted and I fell in love with it and wanted to purchase it. I was happy with the decision, until now.

The dress is beautiful, but my seamstress picked up on all sorts of defaults with the dress. I wish I had of been told. It's a wedding dress, it can't afford to have holes in the lace back.

I just want to cry.
