It was quoted $500 by Matthew to repair the circuit breaker, RCD /MCB isolator switch in the power box inside our carport on the middle of the day 9 /01/2020.

He came around 5:00PM that day, replaced the circuit breaker and a wire with few checks, all the work taken around 30 mints. I asked him the cost again, with the confirmation $500 or less, would send me the invoice by next few days.

Received the invoice No.39809 after 3 days, the total amount $624.8 with no details on invoice. Asked the company to send the charge details. the charge more

Extremely disappointing and would advise all to AVOID. To describe this business in short, I would use the words RIP OFF and DISHONEST.

Was quoted $1400 by Tony to install circuit breaker, isolator switch and powerpoint on roof for a cool room compressor.

Following the works, they were immediately paid and I trusted they had completed the works I had asked for. They didn't install the isolator switch and I had to call Tony 4 times over a week and his excuse was "the installer didn't think you needed it". He never returned any calls and said he would call me last Friday to confirm it will be rectified on Monday.

No return calls at all. Just poor excuses for a job not finished.

Called on a Monday to book in a repair to a tap, and booked in for someone to come on Thursday morning between 8 and 10am. As a result I had to cancel my work for the day, but the tap needed fixing. At 10:05am on Thursday when I called the office to ask whether anyone would show up, I was told there was no record of my booking and the woman on the end of the phone seemed to suggest I never had a booking. I gave her the time of the phone call and the name of the person I'd spoken to on the Monday and she said she'd look into it. She called back to tell me that "once in a blue moon" bookings get lost "and it's just unfortunate that it's you this time." When I asked if someone was coming she said they were fully booked and possibly someone could come but possibly not. I wasn't willing to wait around all day for a possibly and arranged for someone to come the next day (which meant my partner had to leave work early). Outrageous fees which cost me almost the price of a small car to add lights and power points for a small shop. Please shop around and get quotes.
