I did a great mistake visiting this dealership (Tynan Suzuki kirrawee),
I have never been treated this way before, I think I was treated more like a burden rather than a potential customer, it was like I had to convince them for them to show me around, although the service I got from most of the staff was average it was the store manager that was the worst, he was ok in the beginning but 20 mins later came out really rude and unprofessinal, basically told me that I was wasting everyone's time by going around into different dealerships looking for cars and to stop doing that!!!! if I'm paying for it I would shop around as much as I want, If you have the skills convince me in buying your stuff. Seriously these guys
lack every bit of customer service.
I was actually considering to buy this car but they totally blew it away, anyways it's their loss not mine.. I would give zero star if it was possible..
Since when is disconnecting my dash cam whilst the car is in the service center part of my service. I was not asked to turn it off and I did not authorize the technician to pull the power and coax cables from the unit. I leaves me wondering what they were hiding or didn't want me to see. How can I trust the service, which I paid approx $600 for, was done at all. Not impressed.
Don't buy from them OR take your car there for service - extremely bad company culture and uncaring attitude towards customers!
Terrible Terrible Terrible! Hyundai Service is very bad!
Stuffed me around so many times. There is a different Customer Service Representative every time I go there! No one cares! Stuffed up jobs, extended delays, last minute cancellation for a job booked 2 weeks in advanced. [names removed] are completely hopeless. If I was their boss, they would be fired long timeread more
Bought a Suzuki Swift from them. Worst brakes I've ever experienced in 45 years driving. Very touchy. Very hard to brake smoothly. I thought it may be characteristic of the model until I spoke with a motoring review driver. Took it back to Tynan and they said it wasn't a warranty issue. They said they have had other Swifts with the same issue They adjusted rear brakes to spec but that didn't fix it. I have found out that it is a front brake problem. Also the front windscreen washer worked intermittently or not at all from the get go. They said it wasn't warranty either. Instead of fixing the front washer they "repaired" the rear - incompetent.
