Avoid. Asked me to deposit money to secure my order, then sold the parts and refused to refund my money because I was "rude". I'm taking legal action against the business. Would rate 0 out of 5 stars but you have to select at least a half.
Client comments don't even relate to this business and client is wrong. After client paid a deposit, client changed mind and wanted money back after i spent time and money sourcing the products. Client is welcome to take legal action, in fact, I welcome it.
I would never go there if I were u I went there to get a pink slip for my car and they said I needed a new headlight bulb and a wiper blade and it would cost me $84 including the pink slip so I just thought ok I'll just pay it as my car ran out of rego yesterday so I had to get it registered and then when I went to pay they charged me $101 and I said wtf I got told $84 the bloke said we are charging you a cleaning fee cause your son put ice-cream everywhere I said I was going clean it myself I just need to get the wipes out of the car and i'm on the phone to nrma organising my greenslip and he said no we aren't allowed to let u clean it and its not the 1st time but will definitely be the last time
He got a little bit on the cusion and the rest was on the table and I was going to clean it but you said I'm not allowed to my son is autistic and he doesn't understand that he can't do that and I was busy trying to organise a green slip for my car as it was out of rego and I needed to pick my kids up from school
I won't stand by and allow someone, to run around trashing my reception area whilst someone sits there on the phone. In this case, the customer isn't always right and I stand by my original comments.
I have only just moved up from Sydney for a better lifestyle for my kids. I was over at The Entrance when my car broke down. Mitchell at Goodyear Autocare at Long Jetty happened along and offered to have a look. As it turned out, it wasn't a major problem, but he was the only person who stopped to help. I took my car in for a service a short time after and they were great. Mitchell and Gil are so friendly and never stopped joking with me. They offered to drop me home but I thought I'd wait. I didn't actually what to leave. Who'd of thought you could enjoy getting your car serviced.
Anyway, I was really surprised and I thoroughly recommend them.
