I had the worst hair experience here ever and am amazed this business is still running. I bought a voucher for hair smoothing and it was a nightmare from the beginning.
When I tried to make the appointment Jessica (owner) would only make the apt with the voucher number however she copied it down wrong. I called back to clarify the booking time a couple of days later and she said she hadn't made the apt as the voucher number was wrong. If I hadn't have called back I wouldn't have had an apt. As soon as she had the correct voucher number she redeemed it. I received an email immediately asking how my experience was which should have been a huge red flag.
At the apt she was rude, did the treatment wrong and huffed through the whole ordeal. My assumption is if you're trying to get new customers byread more
I am putting in a complaint with Fairwork trade. I had the worst experience today. It would be good if you could put in a complaint against this business so she doesn't do these things to other consumers.
I had a really bad experience here. I I bought a living social voucher for a keratin straightening treatment as my local salon stopped doing them, so I was looking for another good local place to have it done. Firstly, it took 3 phone calls to make the appointment because the staff wouldn't answer my emails, and during the calls kept hanging up on me. So I got there and had to wait about 30 mins before I was attended to, not offered water or tea or anything while I waited. The owner then had her daughter wash my hair with ONLY shampoo (no conditioner) over and over again 3 times. I have slightly wavy hair which actually dries straight when it it washed with conditioner & combed/brushed. After the 3 washes I looked like I had gone through the car wash my hair was so mangled! She then used a comb trying to get knots out. Anyone who has even slightly wavy hair knows you use a brush - not a comb to easily untangle hair.
