The UpDog Method.
A typical class is a guided meditative movement class. Often incorporating a theme, breath work, sound and yoga philosophy. Presented in a way that is easy to follow and understand through clear and guided verbal and/or visual cues along with hands on adjustments where needed to correct and/or guide students deeper into physical practice.
At last a studio with a strong sense of community where you are actively encouraged to engage with your fellow yogis and go on the journey together. Great variety of teachers always offering new insights. Best of all the room isn't too hot!

Updog Yoga is an amazing yoga space created by such a passionate yogi! The classes always combine the perfect combination of a physical challenge and mindfullness/meditation which always leaves me in a much better frame of mind than when I entered. The times you most dont feel like going to yoga are the times I think your body needs it the most and I always feel the most benefits from classes at Updog Yoga.
