An order was made with deposit paid. When follow up email was made to alter quantities it was discovered that said tiles were priced incorrectly - instead of $89.95 per metre they should have been $89.95 each. Uptiles claimed they would honour the price error, and we would need to pay $89.95 per piece for additional pieces of the feature wall tile - no probs with us. There was also a floor tile on the order, which the day after ordered I asked to cancel (prior to even knowing about the pricing error of the feature tile) T and C’s mention no cancelling of ‘special orders or sale products’ - which the floor tile was not. T and C’s also mention quantity required within 2 weeks. We communicated by email for nearly a month back and forth working out quantities. First assistant Shane (person who made pricing error) didn’t reply from first email and when I called was advised he was ‘sick’ (over a week) and Sasha would look after my order and it was her who discovered theread more
Went with a friend as she was in need of tiles (obviously) and the customer service she received was great. The lady (not sure of name) was able to help her decide on which tiles she wanted including the design and with how many she will need. Would defiantly recommend.
