Used my Scoopon for this restaurant even though very apprehensive after all the bad reviews I have read on various sites. The service was good, the antipasto was very nice, mains were ok, nothing special, the dessert very nice. The wine was also very nice. We also were offered complimentary garlic bread. Our experience was fine and from this would return.
We had a scoopon deal. It was a rip off. They were rude when I first rang to make a booking, tellling me I needed to book a month ahead but had to wait to the end of the next month to ring again. They were extremely rude and would continually talk over me. We finally got in about 6 weeks after I first tried. The menus given were different. The antipasto for 2 as an entree was meager, unnattractive and not worth the $20 supposed value. The glass of wine was almost undrinkable. Actually it probably was undrinkable but I drank it anyway even though it tasted like vinegar. The mains were very ordinary. Hubbys steak definately wasnt Prime beef at a supposed $34.95 value . We couldnt believe the dessert. We had to wait ages and then chase them up for it even though they wernt busy. It was a tiny bowl of fruit salad from a tin with a few small pieces of fresh apple in it. It was the biggest rip off ever and I would never darken their doors again. Please dont wasteread more
