I will not advise anyone to build with these guys, they are not honest. Their sale rep will sweet talk you when the meet you for the first time but once you pay the deposit you are stuck and at their mercy. I paid deposit for a house and land property with them in 2016, it was the worst decision of my life. The house was not built, I managed to get my deposit back in 2019 after a prolonged battle through my good solicitors but like Michael G said, I lost $4500 which they said was non-refundable.They kept on postponing land registration and changing the sunset clause without any concrete reason, then I was told the fixed price contract has lapsed and I have to pay almost $60,000 extra. Dont't relly on all the good reviews that you read here because that was how i fell into their trap. Go with reputable organisations, It may be a bit more expensive but the big companies have their names to protect. These guys don't, so do your investigation thoroughly.
Beware of this business. They are advertising House and Land packages for an acreage estate at Silverdale. They do not own the land, so you need to purchase the land off of the vendor first. Their representatives will convince you to pay a an amount of $4,500, plus they will then push you to sign a HIA contract with a non-refundable 5% deposit. All of this to lock in the price because the land is not registered and will not be until later this year. When you point out to them that the deposit cannot be non - refundable due to the situation where the developer of the land doesn't proceed with the land, they agree with you that it should be refundable but refuse to allow for this in the contract and then do not contact you when you wish to resolve the issues. When you then demand the refund of monies paid because of this they lie about what was discussed and refuse to refund the money.

i have just finished building a home with vesta homes and i had a great experience. this is my first time building with vesta homes but my third house that ive built and no experience was better and easier than this. Having to guide us in the process just made everything a lot easier with great competitive prices and great inclusions. Thank you and Hope to deal with you again.

We are also interested about them. Where did you build your house? Did you build a custom design or one of their designs?Any quality issue with the build or design? please advise. Thanks.
Hi yes sure! We had a great experience with vesta homes. They looked after us as far as the inclusions and before we signed the sales person made sure that we are happy with the details and everything so that there was no surprises. As far as quality goes we got to choose what we wanted through their range so we knew what we were getting before hand and the quality was great. I built in mt Pritchard a design they had. Over all very good price with very good quality made for a pleasant experience.

Thanks for your feedback. Just a query, how did you choose/find them. Did you know them before or anyone who built with them? I didn't hear their name until I saw their display house in the Gregory Hills. The sales guy there seems very helpful but just worrying about their building process, finish quality, etc. Any advise?
i heard about them through a friend who also built with them... the process for me was very easy as they were with me the entire process and the build quality speaks for itself in the display home.
