I started training with Margie 3 months ago and I feel awesome! I was literally running out of options to get back into fitness following surgery and repetitive injuries.
Margie worked with my oesteo and designed a fitness plan with me. Margie is very knowledgeable and has so many trick up her sleeves, she always manages to come up with exercises or variations that works for me.
On the top of the fitness, Margie also helped me getting a more healthy and nutritious diet. I’m still amazed about the results I got after 3 months. It’s not just about losing weight, it’s about feeling great about myself and Margie was with me every step of the way.
The studio at Vibes Fitness is a peaceful and energizing place to come to, not sterile like a lot of gyms but not “sleepy” either like a yoga studio! It’s just a wonderful place to work out!
I love it. Who would have thought exercise could be so much fun! I’ve been doing aerial yoga/silks classes with Margie for nearly two years, I rarely miss a week. It has improved my flexibility and is gradually increasing my strength.
Margie is very welcoming and encouraging. Classes are fun and friendly. You can work at your own pace and comfort level - but it's more fun to challenge yourself. I highly recommend giving it a try, just remember the number 1 rule – don’t let go.
