Very unresponsive company. Cost me money when an email from sellers agent wasnt forwarded on as 530pm was 'outside of business hours' and therefore not read by tye staff. Seller was overseas and time was of the essence. Cost me money again when staff were uncontactable on the morning of settlement when negotiation was required and I was left to negotiate alone without an agent... which is what I was supposed to be paying for. Couldn't even get simple admin right with multiple errors on settlement statements when calculating rates etc. Contacted Vicki Philipoff for timely feedback during the process hoping they would lift their game. Result was no ownership for any of these issues being taken and my follow up ignored. When the managing director sets this tone the rest of the organisation doesnt stand a chance. There is a culture of not apologising for errors or taking ownership at any level.
