Victorian Property Settlements

Do not use company! Totally unprofessional, rude and they do not do their work. We were left to follow up on their sloppy work months after it should have been done by them causing us stress. Would have missed our settlement date had we not checked. Avoid at all costs!

This company was recommended by my real estate agents and I have to admit they were fantastic. I was selling a place and buying a new place and they took care of everything. Unfortunately we had nothing but trouble from the conveyencer representing the people I was buying from, she didn't seem to know what she was doing but thankfully Joanne did and she sorted everything out, giving me less stress!

everyone was so helpful with us buying our first home and defs made it easier for us to get things organised.

Very helpful, friendly. Came in at price. Would use again.
