So disappointed with the vodafone shop which is located at the opposite side of woolish.
I have been with Vodafone for many years. For some reasons I need a new number so I got one from this shop. While they were setting up the form online, they set up direct debit for my billing to an AMEX card option which I don't have anymore. I saw that when staff did it and pointed out and asked them to correct it, but the staff said it just the way the system works to complete the form online, then staff asked me not to worry about it because the record will not safe it as direct debit.
Now the fact that in my latest bill, I got charge of $15 due to Dishonour fee of that direct debit to AMEX. I paid the bill on time via BPay... but they are losing a customer.
