WA Assett - The Bathroom Renovators

1. Contractor left asbestos on site until we followed up for removal over a week later, although due to be removed same day. It caused asbestos to disperse over our front yard. We have 1 bathroom house, so only noticed when we returned home to check progress.

I have the pleasure in writing this review for WA Assett, who we had renovate our bathroom and turn our tired old laundry into a modern bathroom / laundry. We had Allan as our site supervisor who did an amazing job. He kept us informed and when issues arose as they always do in a home that was built in 1935 he was always able to come up with workable alternatives.
We are so happy with the specular result and would also like to give a shout out to all the trades who were all so helpful and professional.

We had been dreaming about a classic relaxing en suite for a few years after the original was showing its age. The whole WA Asset team was very professional, from the consultants who helped with the original design to the renovation team who did the actual installation. In particular, the installation team were great because they took the time to check that we were happy where things would ultimately go. We were so pleased that the end result was exactly as we had dreamed. People who see the en-suite are also impressed by the design and workmanship.

Very professional and friendly staff from the intial quote to the completion of the renovation. The workmanship was top quality and all tradesman turned up as per the anticipated schedule. I hardly knew when they had been as everything was left clean and tidy. They were more than happy to answer any queries I had and even provided a free mobile bathroom. I highly recommend WA Assett.

Great work by the tradies. I can't believe how tidy they left the job each time and how good it looks. So impressed by all their workmanship and professionalism. Shame I can't say the same about the company. It was a pretty good process to begin with but very disappointed in the finish. One bathroom was supposedly clean but was still filthy, the other wasn't cleaned at all. Yes, I would still highly recommend them as I think the tradies they use are excellent
