So this happened today. My girlfriend, with baby strapped to her and 2-year-old on her hand, waits her turn, is inexplicably asked to move to a different counter because the people waiting BEHIND HER will be quicker to serve. She waits at the new counter (which is NOT free of customers), while watching people (that were behind her) being served at the counter she was asked to move from. While they're being served, she's still waiting, until she's asked to move back to theread more
The most unorganised and unwilling to assist or provide the promised and required services to there customers that is needed at a Country Post Office. They change there rules to suit themselves in order to avoid having to complete this service in spite of making appointments and trying to adhere to there ever changing rules. Absolute disgrace - avoid at all costs.
