We had a great time here at Xmas, the unit was very clean and the managers very friendly. We have booked for the fun for kids festival in June

Shocking customer service. The staff are very unprofessional. They are very strict and controlling, they raise their voices and snap at their customers. It's happened to me. The management will all back up one another to go against you in a rather rude manner. So there is no point trying to get your point across.
It is not worth your time nor money. You will definitely not feel like you are on holidays here.
Thank you for your review. At checkin you confirmed you were paying for 4 guests to stay, however when management was called by families in the adjoining rooms to complain of the noise coming from your apartment, it was discovered you had 7 persons staying in the apartment. You admitted you had no intention of paying for the extra guests, nor did you care about the noise your large group was making. The apartment you stayed in is one of our newly renovated rooms & therefore has new carpets, curtains & furniture. Your 3 night stay was a challenge for our staff as your group was rude and verbally abusive to our staff and other guests. We strongly suggest that the next time you book a holiday, you are honest with the management at the time of checkin, to avoid a repeat of the challenges your group caused not only for our staff but also the lack of consideration your group had for other families staying in the park.
