Visited the Wentworthville Medical & Dental Centre on the 30th August 2019 as a walk-in patient and was put through the next available Dr.
Reception was fine but it was Dr. Yusuf who I thought was pathetic, seemed very disinterested and more worried about getting her next patient than paying attention to the current one. Pathetic experience. Hopefully not all doctors at the centre are like her.
Not planning on going there in future for sure.
NOT recommended at all.
Just had the worst experience at the centre. I waited for 1 and half hour just to see a doctor and I just needed my results printed. I understand it’s busy during the afternoon but what’s not understandable is seeing people coming after you and seeing the doctor before. I went to the desk and asked when’s my turn and her only response was 1-2 patients before you. After waiting 15 mins and seeing like 5-7 patients having their turn I ask again because I’m like that’s not fair and her response was ohh the doctors are not picking the name up in any order and just randomly selecting patients. So much for being professional and having a system in place. It’s very disappointing especially when you are waiting for so long just something so simple. I mean it’s not like this is the first time it’s happened. It would be helpful for them to get their job together and have a system in place so people’s time are not wasted!
Had the worst service given to me by a receptionist today named estella braide very rude is the under statement.i have been a patient there for close to 20 yrs. I told her i am not comfortable verbal confirming my details as the centre is full i offered my licence as proof i am who i am. However she presisted to argue and demand my mobile number. I have experience tgis from ger anytime. And also witness her tone and attitude with other patients.
The whole centre needs to be shut down and bring in fresh doctots and receptionists
