Their reply will be that the blinds have been tampered with and thats where the fault is but this is not the case. Typical excuse.
Hi Luke, fyi please find email received from Acmeda regarding the motor:-
The motor in question was brought into our office, which we tested over a few days. The motor was working correctly during the time it was tested here.
We can’t confirm but a likely reason for the motor travelling past its top limit would be the user entering into the limit setting mode via the remote at some point."

Sarah, I took the motor to ACmeda as you refused. The email of findings was sent to me and I fowarded onto you. start with some truths Sarah!
Your installer did not lock the settings! The settings need to be locked Sarah!. Funny how you left that bit out of your msg that came from Acmeda.
Hi Luke, I have all the emails between yourself and Acmeda. The blinds were in perfect working order when our technician was with you at your premises, limits were set and remote locked.
