If you are looking for a car dealer that would care for you throughout the sale process, this may not be the place for you.
My sister purchased her first car from here and there were a lot of tears. I had an unpleasant and terrible experience with this dealership Westpoint Honda at 356 Moggill Road Indooroopilly QLD. I signed the contract in Nov and get the car in Jan it took nearly 3 months. During the time, we negotiated with salesperson, sale manager and general manager to deal with our issues. These issues are as follows:
1. The salesperson gave the price of the vehicle without telling the free accessories it shows on websites. We do need to pay extra for it as their manager said we signed the contract happily.read more

I had terrible experience with this dealership/service department for the last 3 years. I don't want to write initially; but I just got their cold call for their new promotions. Then I really want to help others NOT to fall into the same trap. I will keep it simple:
1. I got a civic pretty happy initially. Then I found, I can get a better price somewhere else; and I wasn't told that I need to spend 240+ every 6 months on car services to keep my warranty.
2. Right after the 12-month service, my gear box wasn't functioning on the roadside. The dealer refused to toll for me. They fixed it for me for about $300, claiming it is a known-issue plus some rodent may have damaged some wire. Anyway, it is not under warranty and they asked me to go to Honda. As you mayread more
Why didn't you contact Honda head office to clarify the "kick back" to be true? Westpoint Autos' specialty is lie to my experience.
Bought our new I30 active a bit over a month ago. Our I 30 is great and goes like a dream. The service department were efficient, cheerful and prompt. I left it a week before posting this review. It is still going well and I could not be happier. Thank you Westside for a great little car and great service.

Bought a second hand 2009 rubicon 4door jeep in jan 2013 and was told it came with soft and hard top, only had the windows for soft top, was pushed to buy rust protection for $500 (already had it). When my swaybar disconnect failed, I took it in to get fixed and serviced, they didnt do the service because it needed a recall job done on the cooling lines and then tried to charge me $7500 for a new swaybar. Took it home and fixed it myself, nothing wrong with it (wasnt even checked). They said to bring it back in to get the recall done, the next week dropped it off to be called back to the excuse that the part hasnt arrived yet, again the followingread more
