As pet owners ourselves we understand that pets are part of the family and play a big part in our lives.
We will ensure you and your pet feel welcome and stress free. This starts with a friendly smile upon arrival at reception. Our nurses will spend time with you. We have treats too (just for the patients!).
We are committed to giving you a full range of options and then working through them one at a time until we arrive at the one you are happiest with. You won't be pressured into making any decision or choosing a particular treatment. Instead you'll learn all the options available, including the pros and cons and cost of each. We can then agree on a plan that best suits you and your pet.
If you would like to find us, look for the little red vet clinic on Napier St with the paw prints all over it. Our clinic is equipped with the latest technology to provide the highest level of care. We can have results from blood tests in less than an hour using our in house lab. This enables us to start treatment straight away with no waiting, particularly useful if your pet gets sick on the weekend (this happens a lot!). Oh and we are open on Sundays too. No extra surcharges, it's just a service we provide because our pets sometimes need attention on a Sunday and we are here to help. We also have a vet available for afterhours emergencies. Just call our clinic number and follow the simple directions to speak to a vet.

Recently moved to the Bendigo area, I have two mini lop bunnies.
I looked up vets around Bendigo and found the white hills animal hospital and had a pleasant experience.
One of my bunnies was due for a checkup and calci virus booster. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked an appointment and when I got there they held the door open for me (my one year old was in the pram). I filled out the paperwork and went straight in. I didn't have to wait at all. They treated my bunny and gave me a little chart/booklet to keep her vet visits up to date.
I'll definitely make the white hills animal hospital my regular vet clinic. A very pleasant inexpensive experience.
Just adding I also got a welcome letter in the mail a few days after my visit that was a very nice touch to an already outstanding service!
