I ordered a bedside table from Ken who I was led to believe was the owner. He quoted me that it would be ready 'ASAP if not sooner'. I called back a week later to see when it might be ready and was told that he had quoted me 2 weeks. Whilst completely untrue, I accepted what he said and let it go. On two weeks I called back and spoke to Ken and when asked when it might be ready, I was told that he had cancelled the order and he then hung up on me. There was no reason to do so, I was completely polite and reasonable and not at all rude. As far as I'm concerned you never hang up on a customer, regardless of what they are saying. I would avoid using Whitewood Warehouse altogether. It is clear they have no sense of customer service and are not at all interested in running a business.
Ordered 2 identical bookshelves which needed to be painted to a specific colour to match my room. The owner/manager agreed to do the painting himself using multiple layers for greater durability. The finish ended up being excellent and the only issue was that it took a bit longer than promised (7 and a half weeks compared to 6 weeks promised)
