Williamstown Professional Dog Grooming

I'm so glad I found these groomers!! Williamstown has been in desperate need of a good grooming salon for some time and now we finally have one! My two babies adore getting their hair cut and no one has ever done it so well. I love the way the dogs get to play and we can see they aren't just shoved in a cage somewhere like at other places. 5 stars!!

My dog LOVES it here. He comes out cleaner than any groomer has even had him and he smells great for days. He gets out of the car and runs to the door to get in and have a play, can't recommend these girls enough. I'm always amazed at how happy all the dogs are and how they seem to enjoy their time there. Never again will he go to anyone else

My dog has been there several times to see Sharmain. Everything is an A+ except I'd like the inside of my poodle's ears plucked more thoroughly as recommended by the vet, which I've pointed out with no improvement. Besides that the clip is great, loved the feather extensions and nail painting has never chipped!!! Friendly staff, clean, knowledgable. I have confidence and peace of mind my dog is well taken care of there. Owner trained in the US and Japan and is simply above and beyond all the other groomer's I've tried in Australia. Staff show dogs and horses, and their love of animals is obvious. Its great seeing people doing something they are passionate about.

I can not believe the last review , after trying 3 different dog groomers for my two cavalier King Charles girls and not being pleased with the end results and the dogs always stressing with all 3 previous groomers , I gave Williamstown grooming a go and not only am I so happy to of found this salon , but the cav's - Madeleine & Scarlet have never looked and felt better , and the biggest shock was the cav's get excited when we go there ! The ladies care so much for the dogs , they go out of there way for their customers also . Madeleine and scarlet have been going since they opened and visit every three weeks . I am very fussy with my girls as most cav owners are ( they are my babies and spoilt rotten) and would only leave them with people that new what they were doing and most of all cared for them . I would say the worst dog groomers I have ever been to. Ears had chunks taken out of them, were shaved for some stupid reason, and one is shorter than the other. People at the park are shocked when we tell them "a professional" cut it. There is absolutely no shape to the dogs face either, it's just been clipped back. The groomer even razored between the dogs eyes..... Who does that? Honestly could have done a better job at home. I would not recommend. Take your loved one somewhere else!
