Quiet expensive for fish and chips .. but you will be cleaning the table after your finish ... and hey don’t even think you would get a knife if you ask for one .. the answer was fork and your fingers .....
Poor customer service

Extremely bad customer service & bad attitude from management.

After I had just spent $70 on food I was told that my chicken strips & chips MUST be packed on the same plate as my cold seafood because it was a rule to package all the food together!!! This place charges restaurant prices for below average food & then serves it up with a major attitude. I demanded a refund on the spot. I also think this is one of the most expensive seafood shops in Sydney & in my opinion there is no value for money. I'd definitely give this place a miss.

The attitude of your staff seriously needs to be reviewed and acted on.

Where to start....
- no option for grilled, just battered
- pricey
- no eftpos facilities
- extremely rude girl working behind the counter

It's a shame when a place is the only one of that type in town. You're better off trying other restaurants & cafes in the area. Windsor is a quaint little place with better offerings and that includes all you can eat @ their local Pizza Hut. Don't waste your time unless you like any of the above.

No price on menu until you go in store = check
Over-priced seafood = check
Unable to purchase many individual items and are forced to purchasing packs = check
No complimentary tartare sauce, instead slugged $3.50 for sauce that is STANDARD for seafood = check
Pay extra for crumbed over battered seafood = check
No cutlery provided, only when asked, and provided only a fork = check
$3.50 for a syrup mixed soft drink = check
Tea towels attached to the table to wipe your greasy hand = check

It is obvious the owner of this place is trying to slug every last dollar from you by charging you for things that should be complimentary and not allowing the consumer to make individual selections, but instead be forced into their over-priced meal packs.

Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else in Windsor. You can have a meal in a restaurant, pub or cafe for cheaper than this over-rated fish and chip shop
