I can't fault the food, it is stock standard Wok In A Box food and you know what you're getting. Customer service? Completely different story... We had a voucher for one free main course which we decided to use. Made a phone order and bill came to around $55 so we told them we will use the voucher for one main course... They rang us back 3 times (I kid you not) to double check who issued the voucher, who signed for it and what did it actually said. When I collected food person at the counter told me everything is in the bags (bags were packed and waiting). Once I got home, I realized they forgot two orders of spring rolls (they didn't forgot to charge me for them). Could have not be bothered driving back so decided to have my dinner, forgot spring rolls and just let it go. And then they phoned again telling that I have forgot Spring Rolls, they have them waiting and what do I want to do about it??? Seriously???? As said, food is not bad but customer service stinks.
