Absolutely pathetic staff. Terrible internal processes leading to poor communication and delayed orders on 3 occasions! Products are good and pricing competitive, however were told awnings on this occasion would be 5 weeks by sales staff, now we are being told 10 weeks till installation. In the 3 occasions I have used Wysntan they have had long delays and continually have the wrong measurements on ALL the products they supplied which lead to products being redone. Staff are different on every occasion and never ring. One particular staff in the Sydney office seems to be the worst offender. Can't wait for the products to turn up knowing that the measurements will be wrong!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They said the lead time on delivery was 2 weeks from order (early Jan so not a busy time of year). I'm still waiting 7 weeks later and each time I call to follow up (about 10 calls in total now) I just get passed from person to person with no resolution. The most frustrating customer service experience I've had in recent years!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!

Hi, I have another complaint about Wynstan. I had Crimsafe doors fitted. Despite being told they might not be ready before Christmas they were and were installed well but they bang shut instead of closing slowly. Due to massive house renovations, birth of a baby and going overseas I didn\'t around to dealing with the problem until December when it was becoming a real problem as the banging was starting to wake the baby who had got past that first sleep through anything stage.
I asked at the hardware store and they suggested I contact the installer but as it was almost Christmas I waited until the new year thinking that the doors had been in stalled in January. I texted the sales staff but got no reply. After a week or so got a phone call from the last store I dealt with saying the sales staff hadread more
Terrible company! Terrible customer service! Terrible resolution on problems caused by their own company!
After 8 weeks, we finally had our shutters installed. Although, the installation ended with 4 massive holes in our walls.
Trying to resolve the issue has been nothing but stressful. I've seriously never dealt with such un professionalism and am now stuck with 4 holes in my walls, and no resolve.
Dealing with customer service is a joke, I've been treated like it is my fault, I have been dpoken to aggressively, and cannot get past the complaints management, who can't seem to manage the complaint with any success.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. WYNSTAN IS TERRIBLE! I should have read other online reviews before committing my money to these people!
