Yandina Caravan Park

While the management are lovely that is where the positives end. The permanent residents are noisy, rude, filthy dirty and let their children run anywhere they like, making the place look more like a hovel than a caravan park. Very disappointing. Do yourself a favour and NEVER stay there!

My husband and I and a friend stayed there for two nights on Saturday. it was very disappointing to see that on there web page it says ''we will take u to Ur cabin and show where everything is'' that didn't happen. We had no gas to our stove there were ants everywhere. this was a disgrace.

we were very happy with the value for money. older style accomodation but the hosts were awesome, very obliging. we were told by the manager (Peter) before we left not to bring anything but our personal items and he was right, full kitchen facilities, linen, toiletries, tv and dvd, babys cot are provided. the pool is lovely. will definitely stay again if we are in the area. We were booked in here for 2 weeks over Christmas. According to the website it looked like a lovely place to stay and we were looking forward to the trip. When we got there we couldn't believe our eyes. The cabin we got (actually I wouldn't even call it a cabin - it was more like 2 tin sheds stuck together!) was NOTHING like the pictures. The cabin smelt damp and musty and it was terribly hot! The furniture was old and looked horrible! Even my 2 children aged 4 and 9 were disgusted and didn't want to stay there. It was so bad we asked for our money back straight away. Yes it was cheap but you couldn't even pay me to stay there! Photos are VERY misleading!
