I have never encountered a more unprofessional service in my life. Steer clear, this company should not even be operating.

Booked a taxi for a 3am pickup to melbourne airport. When it didn't arrive by 3:10am rang to find out where the taxi was, only to be told: "don't know how I missed that one, and sorry don't have a car available!" Badluck for me!!!!!! Then had to turn around and drive myself, lucky I had a car available at that time! Will never use them again or recommend to anyone - poor service and attitude. Since talking to friends, have learnt of similar stories of being let down!

Last night for the second only time that we have used Yarra Valley taxi's we were for the second time let down by them after pre-booking our outgoing and return journey the day before. Out going journeys OK but come "home-time" nowhere to be seen, leaving us stranded outside the Olinder Hotel in Lilydale this time where we had gone for dinner, with no way to get home other than to keep ringing for a taxi, only to be told our booking was not in the system, nothing available, computer probs, we were top of the list and so on, we were still waiting in a not good place an hour later, last time it was the International and family were able to collect us but this time family were not available. We were finally rescued by a kindly drunk who shared his Yellow Taxi Mini Bus with us because by that time we were very distressed, us both being past our sell-by dates. Will not ever use them again.
