Honestly, the most useless company ever.
The past 3 times I've attempted to use this service, they plain haven't showed up... on trying to call back to see why a taxi which is "15 minutes away" still hadn't arrived after 1.5 hours, you can't get through. The phone rings out, or you're placed on hold for an eternity.
Do not rely on this taxi service to get home safely!
I have also had a bad experience with a driver who behaved inappropriately.
Driver was also rubbish at driving and went onto the WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD as well as veering into the gutter a couple of times. It was a terrifying trip! I was so glad to get out of that taxi!!
I tried filing a complaint with zero response.
I will not be using this company again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone.
Is it any wonder I have another preferred taxi company that is NOT 13 CABS??
Took one of your cabs the other night after being out with friends, not by choice simply because it was all that was there.
The taxi stank. Worse was the driver's attitude.
He couldn't of cared for my comfort and or safety, yacked on the phone to his mate the whole way there He also did not always have his eyes on the road, fiddling with his dials or radio and I couldn't wait to get home and get out!
