Yoga Indra offers affordable, traditional Hatha Yoga classes at Campbelltown Leisure Centre in Adelaide's north eastern suburbs, for people of all ages and abilities.
Classes run Monday, Tuesday (beginners) and Wednesday (general) at 6.30pm. Priced from $10 per session.

I'm attending Jane's Wednesday general yoga classes and loving them! Yoga is a great combination of stretches and meditation and you leave class feeling fantastic. Jane is a great teacher and explains all poses clearly and for different ability levels and creates a welcoming environment. Thoroughly recommended!
I started studying Yoga again about 12 months ago after a long break. I was very fortunate to have discovered Jane (Yoga Indra). I have been hooked to Yoga - I truly hate it when I have to miss a class. I love attending classes and I have seen some real progress. The classes are great and I particularly like the way Jane explains the moves and the progressions that can be done - catering for all levels in her class. The mediation at the end is totally awesome. Can not speak highly enough Yoga Indra.
