Reception staff extremely rude, basically threw my card at me, argued with me over not having the exact money for my flu vax I had a $10 note and a $2 coin, she said I need the exact amount, told me to go to the chemist and get change the other recteptionist kindly got me some change and then I went to have my flu shot the nurse said she had called and told her it was free for me yet she charged me and argued with me about $1 change then threw my card at me.
Not impressed 2 days in a row I dealt with this rude lady. She has resting b face, doesn't greet you, doesn't even look at you or acknowledge you the day before I had asked her if she could fax a referral as the dr told me to ask receptionist she walked off did it and put paper on bench and started talking to a dr I'm standing there still for 5 minutes she completely ignored me even after her conversation with a dr I said hello I'm still standing here she's like what I already faxed it I ...read more

Absolutely apalling. Would give zero stars if I could.
Don't even deserve 1 star - completely incompetent and rude staff on reception. Have had significant (1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hour) waits on 2 out of the last 3 visits because of faults with their booking system.
Can't get results of tests without a generally 2 hour wait. Chronically overbook even when they have only one doctor on - I don't care if the other doctors are off sick, they need to have a plan B or tell you up front they have a problem.
I can't believe in this day and age that "patient factories" like this can be allowed to operate in Australia.

Very long waiting hours , never be surprised people who came later than you are already called on . Staff members frequently forget to print out the invoice to put on the que , ridiculous .

Wouldn't even give it one star. Long wait, ridiculously long wait 2+ hours...... Was told multiple times I would be up next. Only to have people called up to be seen before me when they came after I did.... Go to the counter to ask. To find out that I was next, to the see a massive gap between what was my paperwork and the other patients. Makes me wonder what goes on and why I have been left waiting awhile, and other be pushed forward. Sick of this happening every 2 weeks I am in for stupid workcover appointments. People have things to do.
