Unprofessional Management. Terrible Cut, Terrible Service.
As I was very unhappy with my haircut, I had 4 professional non related hairdressers look at it. ALL recommended a refund in full was appropriate, as it was so poor, the cutting lines were uneven/wrong/unprofessional. I went to the Zinc Edwardstown salon and management refused to speak with me directly, they would only let a staff talk with me (how unprofessional). They refused to refund on five separate occasions.. It is my right to obtain a refund in full when the service is so poor that it would have stopped me from buying it if I had known about it .. and management would not rectify unless I returned at their convenience sometime in the future.... I am reporting them to ACCC... and will keep updated with the outcome..
Update.. I have tried once again to obtain a refund and given Zinc 10 days to refund me to my card.. The Zinc Management has now "banned" me from all Salons.. Also they contacted me first by email, I went and saw them on Monday at the Salon.. as you do when trying to sort something out.. you need to show them what is wrong. what you are not happy with and then it can be discussed and sorted. And I got this reaction from them, why ???????????? and All over a $85 refund for an unacceptable service. It leaves you asking, what have they to hide?
