I Received prompt, efficient attention to my vehicle's problem
I had no appointment ..just turned up .Fortuneately I was near the premises when I became aware of the problem..so I was able to drive in .The team diagnosed and repair the car in less than one hour..allowing me to get on with my shopping.

Our gorgeous car needed an injection of life with a new battery, after a few instances where it left us stranded in a few places.
Thanks to the wonderful help and service from Ryan and Mark, our green Cruise (Frog) is perfect.
Also a special Thankyou to Mark, for putting up with a very tearful owner/driver.

We had a problem with out Cruise, for the first time since we bought it from Zupps at Beaudesert 7 years ago (Sales team are excellent). It was taken to the service department where Ian and Mark advised us what was wrong before they stared, what will be done to fix it and also the cost. They were so helpful, professional and friendly. We always have taken it there for it's service over the 7 years and will continue to do so. The car always runs like a dream when we pick it up, and this time was no exception. The mechanics do a wonderful job.

I had my 2012 nissan pathfinder serviced for it,s 100,000 km.The boys did a great job. I was a bit shocked by the price, but when it was all explained to me i could see the extent of the work done. I have electric front seats and when i turned left the back of seat push you into the steering wheel.The boys fixed that and it now a pleasure to drive again.Thank you all. My local Holden Dealer in Beaudesert(ZUPPS)from where I purchased my new TRAX completed my 15,000 km service to-day (Sat.)
the service was booked on line and confirmed by return email.On arrival at the workshop I was met and greeted by the friendly staff and the service was completed on time and budget.I am extremly happy with my TRAX and the follow service from ZUPPS and would highly recommend them to new and/or used car buyers.
