Bought my brand new Hyundai I30 from these guys, service was great , extreamly helpful and friendly staff . Higly recommend .

Spent $2100 for my car to get fixed and a week and a half later it ended up breaking down completely due to an issue with the battery (I paid for a full service and I find it annoying that they didn’t pick up on the issue). The customer service was great but what a waste of time and money!

Wow! We were worried about entering the car yard after previous bad experiences. However no need, instead we had nothing but great, positive customer service. Seriously the best decision I ever made was to buy my Hyundai Veloster from Zupps. The staff were super helpful, professional and handled my dozens of questions with ease.

Was in the market for a new car went in too see Mathew was helpful at first I test drove the suzuki swift at first he said he had to pull it out of car yard for insurance purposes thenwe would swso seats fair enough i thought but as we waited at the car he came up to us saying his boss wants him to look after other customers and said I should take the car for a drive thought that was rude as we were customers to . On returning he asked how we went i said I love the car but needed a bit more power he then said it comes in turbo but he would have to organise one in and that he would give me a call when it comes in then that was it only he can not ring me as he didn't botherr asking for a contact number went elsewhere found someone who was helpful and bought a car so ZUPPS u missed out just plain rude on him and his boss
