Entry Restrictions

 

 Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years only (“Eligible Entrants”), who during the Promotion Period, submit an online review on the True Local website at www.truelocal.com.au and have selected the checkbox at the footer. The review must also be published during the Promotion Period on the True Local website.

All entries are moderated by True Local before being published on the True Local website and True Local will only publish reviews which comply with the True Local?s Review Guidelines available at https://www.truelocal.com.au/cms/review-guidelines. Please note that once submitted, it can take up to 72 hours for a review to be published.

Any reviews submitted via the True Local App will not be entered into the draw.

Entrants must provide (or have previously provided) their email address when signing up to the True Local website to allow the Promoter to notify the winner.
Verification Requirements Winners may be asked to verify their postal address, phone number, email address and age before the prize is dispatched.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period

1. Submit a review via their True Local account (entrants must sign up to the True Local website if they are not already a registered True Local user); and

2. When submitting their review, selects the checkbox to confirm participation in this Promotion.

The entrant will be advised by email whether their review has been accepted by True Local for publication on the True Local website.

Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any Recharge Card that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in anyway.

Notification & Publication of Winners Winners will be notified by email within two business days of selection. The name (or profile name) of each winner will also be published on the True Local blog at https://www.truelocal.com.au/blog/ on 06/06/16 for the June draw and 04/07/16 for the July Draw and will remain on the True Local blog for a minimum period of 28 days.
Prize Claim Date Prize for the June Draw must be claimed by 5.00pm on 06/09/16.

Prize for the July Draw must be claimed by 5.00pm on 04/10/16.

The winner must follow the prize claim instructions set out in the winner?s notification email in order to claim the prize.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements Subject to any written directions by relevant authority, should any prize remain unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning entries will take place on 06/09/16 at 5:00 PM AEST (for the June Draw) or 04/10/16 at 5:00 PM AEST (for the July Draw) at True Local, 130 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW. Any winner/s will be notified in writing within two days of the draw and the winner will be published online at www.truelocal.com.au on 06/09/16 or 04/10/16 for a minimum period of 28 days.
