If you find that any of our homes dont meet your needs, we can design and supply our kit homes to suit your concept idea.
We supply our homes in kit form for you to co-ordinate the on site work which is the best value for money, and puts you in control of the build quality. Alternatively we can fully build it for you depending on your locality. All our homes are locally produced using latest industry best practice for manufacture and cost effectiveness. This puts you in control of the timing of your project.
SDC Kit Homes is a member of the Master Builder's Association (MBA) with all our homes designed and built to meet all Australian standards and legislation. Energy efficiency in our homes is one of our main aims. The Building Code of Australia requires energy efficiency levels for new houses. Our kit homes not only meet this energy standard, but in most cases exceed it.
